Victoria Avi
Partner and Co-Founder
Victoria is a passionate sustainability professional with over a decade of experience in the field. She has a deep understanding of sustainability principles and a proven track record in implementing them in various settings. As the former director of the Sustainable Business Center at Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University, she taught MBA-level courses and actively collected, analyzed, and incorporated resources on sustainable practices into the curriculum.
Victoria’s background also includes managing an entrepreneurship program at Case Western Reserve University, where she supported students and alumni in creating new ventures. As a former Network Entrepreneur at E4S, Entrepreneurs for Sustainability, she gained experience in exploring biomimicry and zero-waste implementation within organizations. Her role also included creating connections among business leaders in ZeroWasteNEO and BiomimicryNEO networks to engage them to take their first, next, and bold steps toward a sustainable future.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Cleveland State University, a Masters in Environmental Studies from the CSU’s Levin College of Urban Affairs, and a graduate of the Center for Social Impact Strategy Certificate Program at the University of Pennsylvania. These educational background and professional experience provide her with a unique perspective and a set of skills to create and implement sustainable solutions.
In her free time, Victoria enjoys hiking and completed a 110-mile portion of El Camino de Santiago in 2018, an experience that reinforced her commitment to sustainability and the environment. She is a dedicated and trustworthy individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the world through sustainable practices.
Danielle Doza
Partner and Co-Founder
Danielle is a Cleveland native, civic leader, and social impact strategist focused on social and environmental sustainability. She is a licensed attorney and a partner in Venture Forward Strategies, where she excels with idea creation, developing processes, and understanding sustainability frameworks to enhance a company’s social and environmental impacts. Danielle has previous experience in the nonprofit sector including providing legal services for low-income community members, policy work, and nonprofit development.
Danielle is a graduate of The Ohio State University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She completed the executive certificate program at the University of Pennsylvania Center for Social Impact Strategy.
Her civic involvement includes building relationships in her neighborhood as a member of the Neighbor Up Network and board member of West Park Kamm’s Development Corporation. She previously served as a board member for the Cleveland Leadership Center and AIDS Funding Collaborative, and as a member of two committees at the City Club of Cleveland. She also operates a small, neighborhood focused sourdough bakery out of her home.
Danielle loves to cook with veggies from her garden, bake sourdough breads, explore the Cleveland Metroparks, and spend time with her wife and beagles.
